Harukos Terms of Service for Commissions:

Please read the entire ToS thoroughly

> General Terms
•Please save both the commission link & commission ID that you are given after requesting a commission. This is your way of accessing your commission request on Artistree without an account.
• I have the right to refuse any commissions I'm not comfortable with.
• Please realize that the prices listed on my Artistree/Commission Sheet are only estimates and that the total price could be higher or lower depending on the complexity of the commission.
• Commissions take 2 weeks maximum to complete but please keep in mind that I am a full-time student. If I need more time, I will make sure to update you.
• Please state your socials upon requesting a commission from me if you wish to discuss things out of Artistree.
• Please put as many references as you can! The more the better.> Refunding
• Refunds will only be eligible till the sketching phase.
• if ever you decide to cancel/refund the piece after flat colors, you will be charged a kill fee, which costs 50% of the commission's total price.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.> Revisions
• A fee will be charged if you want something changed in the final piece unless a misunderstanding has been made on my end.
• If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.> Copyright & Usage
• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
• I retain all Copyright Rights over the commissioned work.
• My watermark must be present in the artwork.
• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with proper crediting.
• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)
• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)
• The following will be considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.

Please note that if ever a breach of contract happens without proper legal reasoning, you will be charged and will be liable for damages
